Returns and exchanges

We hope you like the product you ordered!

If for some unfortunate reason, what you received is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss what went wrong and organise the correct product to be sent out to you. MSCRNT have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our products are made to order. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you have changed your mind. Carefully check the sizing charts before ordering to make sure your apparel is correct.

Damages and issues
When you receive your order, please inspect carefully and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customer_support@mscrnt.com.au, and include

the order number the item was purchased on, and
details / reason for the return (and any accompanying proof/photos).
Please wait for a reply to your return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address where you can send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost of returning items to MSCRNT cannot be refunded.

Refunds and exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
